You can find the new Mega Stones for the Hoenn region introduced Mega Evolutions throughout the region in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire notably you can find Beedrill's stone in Sea Mauville, Steelix's stone in Granite Cave, the 2 Hoenn Starters' stones that you didn't pick will be found with a Stone Salesman on Route 114, Sableye and Altaria's stones in Stoopolis City, Sharpedo and Camerupt's stones will be found in either the villain's Team Hideout during the Delta Episode or it will be given to you from one of their members in the Battle Resort, Glalie's can be found in the Shoal Cave, Latios in Omega and Latias in Alpha will automatically have their stones however your Mom will give you Latiasite in Omega and Latiosite in Alpha, Lopunny's in Mauville City, Gallade's from Professor Cozmo, Audio's from Looker in the Battle Resort and Diancie's from any within any Pokémon Center.
