How do you find the hm flamethrower in Pokemon LeafGreen?

you need to go to celdeon and go to the game corner and get a certain amount of coins and then you go to the prise corner next door and go to the far right and you can buy it.
The TM for flamethrower can be purchased at the game corner exchange.
In the celadon city game corner,I think it's 4,500 coins

Probably the closest thing that you can get to flamethrower in the Generation I games is Fire Blast... it's the only fire-type TM in the Generation I games. Explosion might be similar as well, but it is a normal-type move, so it won't burn.

As for where to get it, Fire Blast is a gift for defeating Blaine (the Gym Leader at the Cinnabar Gym).

Explosion can be found on Victory Road.
