First you go to the Ruins of Alph. Then You go into the research lab.Then you will bump into the manager.Then after you teleport,you deposit all of your Pokemon except ARCEUS.Talk to Chinthia then you go to the place where you teleported from Cynthia will show you 3 circles,the blue on on the left is DIALGA the dragon of time,the pinkish red circle on the right is PALKIA the shifter of space,the final dark red circle is GIRATINA the ruler of the Distortion World.Any one you choose will be a Lv.1 DIALGA,PALKIA,or GIRATINA.One of the Pokemon moves it will be for Dialga is Metal Burst Palkia's is Hydro Pump,and Giratina's is Shadow Sneak.
