How do you get Articuno in blue rescue team?

FIRSTLY-go to frosty forest mid then go to the third floor on that dungeon and there will be articuno. that only works after you beat rayquasa. once that happens there's about a 90p chance of it being recruited

you can confuse him, poison him,stuff like that.

i just beat him, i used quick attack- then used thunder wave, thunder shock -a million times- then he hit me with 28 damage done- thunder wave- million times thunder shock, dead XD

my first time i just linked together all of my charmanders moves so he got hit by quick attack, ember, flamethrower, and tackle.

Just Kill it, if you can't continue to try, use moves such as Bullet Seed and Secret power because bullet seed hits a lot of times and secret power paralizes or confuses, use fire atacks like ember or flamethrower, bring petrify orbs and gravelrocks, using roar to throw articuno away and then use gravelrock is a good way, bring reviver seeds too

try to pick up some link boxes on your way there so that your moves are stronger and you could defeat articono faster, i also recomend having the move dig becase that way you recieve less damage. remember to protect your partner because if he dies you start over, so make him hold an oran berry.
