If you're talking about Blue Rescue Team then you go to a place called Frosty Forest, which will soon lead to a place called Frosty Grotto (These should both be in story mode). Frosty Forest only has 9 floors and the first few floors are mostly inhabbeted by Furret and Azurill. Later you'll run into Nosepass, Ditto, and Piloswine. Later still, you'll find Mightyena, Larion, and Snorunt. Frosty Grotto only has 5 floors and only consists of Rhyhorn and Metang, until you meet Articuno, of course. Articuno is easy to beat and is at lvl. 33, although it's move agility can be annoying. Powder Snow is bad for grass types, too, but a good fire type should take it out quickly. Now to recruit it is another matter. Make sure it's only you and your partner so that you have room for Articuno. Make sure both you and your partner are over lvl. 33; the higher the better! The leader, you, must strike the final blow (you might want to have a calculator on hand as Articuno has 450 hp.) and must be directly in front of Articuno. After that, I'd go after Zapdos and Moltres to complete your legendary bird collection. Also if you have a friend bow it will increase your chances even more. If you lose or get beaten, you can try again... and again.

∙ 11y agoafter beating raquayza go to frosty forest then when you get to him throw a item at him then throw a clear gummi to raise the chance for him joining the team ( you might need friend bow )
