How do you get Blastoise in sapphire?

Well you need FireRed to do that, you need to get squirtle from FireRed, evolve it into a Blastoise, then migrate the Blastoise from FireRed to Platinum. In order to do this you need to insert Platinum version into the DS game slot, and FireRed into the GBA game slot. Then a thing will pop up on your platinum menu (the place you set up wifi, enter the game, etc.) that says "Migrate from FireRed" You can only migrate 5 at a time, no more, no less, and 24 hours at a time (Only in Platinum, in SS you can migrate whenever) After you migrated, it's not over because then you have to go to "Pal Park" on Route 221. Then walk through the grass, or swim through the water to find the migrated pkmn (pokemon)And if there's no room in your party just look in the PC and the box it pops up to when you go to "Move Pokemon" is the box holding the migrated pokemon. First you need to catch dratini or trade one from firered/leafgreen. Train it to level 36 to get a dragonair then train it to level 55 to get dragonite.
