How do you get Charmander Bulbasaur Squirtle in Pokemon emerald?

To get Bulbasaur you go to the house to the left of the Pokemon center in cerulean city...there should be a girl who said she nursed a bulbasaur back to health, you need pikachu to love you loads to be able to get it but there is a shortcut. Get a potion and make sure pikachu is fully healed, use the potion on pikachu about 20 or so times and every single time it should say it won't have an effect, then get pikachu directly underneath her and click on pikachu, he should have a lot of hearts bouncing up and down on his head then she will give you bulbasaur. Damian will simply hand charmander as soon as you talk to him, he's north of the nugget bridge in that enclosed area with the ledges (above the guy who was scared of the people on the nugget bridge). Squirtle you need to defeat Lt. Surge you'll need cut, ground or rock type Pokemon etc. (His code with the bins is easily worked out) then talk to officer jenny in vermillion who is South west of the Pokemon mart and she'll hand over squitle if you have the thunderbadge.It worked for me and i wish you luck.

First you have to have all the joto and kanto gym bagesand you must have beten red and then go to pallet town in kanto and go to prefesser oaks lab on go to him and talk to him then you have to pick a pokeball go fr the one on the left.

First you have to defeat the pokemon league and defeat Red.In Kanto you have to go to Oak's lab and he will offer you one of the three starter pokemon for Kanto.
You have to get all Gym Badges, defeat the Elite Four, and defeated Red, then go to Prof. Oak in Pallet Town and he'll give you either Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle to choose from.

To get charmander, bulbasaur or squirtle in heart gold you have to beat red (ash) and he is found at the top of mt.silver but you have to have all 16 badges and bet the Pokemon league twice. Red is really hard but when you do beat him go to professor oak's lab in pallet town and he will give you a choice of what one you want.
