How do you get Darkrai without action replay or a Nintendo event in pearl?

Yes, you can. There are two ways:

1. You need to get Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia and beat the game. After you beat it, you have to get the special missions. On one special mission you can get a Darkrai. Then you need to transfer it to your Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. Your Darkrai will be Lv. 50.

2. You need to go to an event where they give you Mystery Gifts. Sometimes it's a Pokemon and sometime's it's an item to get the Pokemon. Right now, the Japanese version let's you get Darkrai, but I don't know much about it. After you get the Mystery Gift, it could be a Darkrai or a Membership Card. If it is a Membership Card, go to Canalave City and find a inn. The card will let you go inside. There's a creepy guy in there (no offense to him) and he wil put you to bed. The rest you will find out!

And there is a glitch to get darkrai. It is called the tweaking glitch. You might want to be careful using this glitch.The game sometimes hangs.don't worry. If you can't do it I have darkrai. I will trade it with you for a cresselia.I WANT A MASTER BALL WITH IT. And it is not hacked. I got it for real without a action replay or a event. I swear. I will trade on Pokemon center wfc on the north American time from 5:00 to 7:00pm until 30th of october 2009.

I don't know if this works but it's worth a shot. You have to go down some street riding your bike left and right. It's not cycling road. You will see all of the Pokemon in that path. Find darkrai. He is level 40. Catching him is easy. Note: This only works at night.

its imposable unless u use mystery gift and go to canaclave citys pokemart while going in the poke mart press l+r then find a guy in green talk to him then you go to the locked door near the mart and use the members card from the guy in green then sleep in the bed then get to the top of the island (cave on top) then ull see darkrai

so you want a darkrai without a action replay or a Nintendo event fine by me. Don't ever think of buying or using an action replay because it is a hacking device that can destroy your ds.Alright you know the tweaking glitch.(it is real i got a darkrai with the help of it)you

can use it. Don't worry it won't be hacked.You can find it in YouTube.this will help you alot.sometimes while using this glitch everything even the touch screen will become black and then it hang but if you try over and over again it will succeed.And if you give up you have to start the game from the beginning.YOU CANNOT ESCAPE UNTIL YOU FINISH THE GLITCH.Plus look it up on you tube and write down "tweaking glitch to get darkrai in Pokemon diamond/pearl. There are two ways one can get Darkrai in Pokemon Pearl. One way is to use an action replay code and another is to obtain a special item through an event.

You can't catch it in-game. You can only retrieve one via Nintendo if they're giving 1 out or if they're giving out the Member's Card item.
