How do you get Eevee as a starter Pokemon in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

First of all, you have to beat the game in order to recruit any Legendary Pokemon.

Its reccommended that u have a friend Bow (easier to recruit pokemon)

First, Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno.

Zapdos is at Mt. Thunder, Mt. Thunder Peak3F

Moltres is at Mt. Blaze, Mt Blaze Peak 3F

Articuno is at Frosty Forest, Frosty Grotto 5F

Recruiting these should be easier. Pokemon Mysery Dungeon book says "Likely" recruit rate. No friend area required, when you recruit one of these, you unlock Legendary island.

For Rayquaza, you need to go to Sky Tower. Its almost 30 floors total, so brong apples. Bring a friend Bow, becasue Pokemon Book says "Very Unlikely" recruit rate. Same as Legendary Birds, no friend area is required.

For Groudon, you need to go to Magma Cavern. this is about 25 floors. bring Friend Bow. After the mid point, you only need to go 1 floor. then warp zone, then you are at Groudon. Also, a "Very Unlikely" recruit rate. No friend area as well.

For Kyogre, you need to go to Surround Sea, 40 floor. Bring apples, and a friend Bow. Kyogre is a "Likely" recruit rate, but he is 40 floors away, and no Mid-point, so bring a friend Bow.

Mew is in Buried Relic 36-99 floors, but Mew is only on one of those floors. You need to beat Regirock, Regice, and Registeel for the rock, ice, and steel part. It combines into a Music Box. Use it the very next floor to draw Mew out of hiding.

After you win against the Pokemon League, do to Dawn (Sandgem Town) and talk to her. Eventually, she should say "you should really make aqquantaince with Bebe". You must then fly to Hearthome City. Her house is next to the Pokemon Center.

Go into her house and talk to her. She will then give you an Eevee, and it will be lvl 5.
