She will talk to you. then,she will give you an Eevee to help complete theNational pokedex then, use the pokeradar(after you use a max repel), which you get after talking to oak, who you meet after you get theNational pokedexand go outside. use the pokeradar on route 218 in the grassy part, the one with moving gold sparkles is a ditto( there will be alot of dittos coming up), then put the ditto and Eevee into the daycare in solceon town, and you will have millons of eevee eggs.Once you've got the NationalDex you can get one from Eevee and in the Trophy Garden.
