Honesty Shards, as all the other can be earned in several ways. The easiest way is to wait. They pop out with money when your shop items are ready. If you are feeling a little impationt, you can win them in the balloon pop game as well. But don't worry. The more you play, the easier they will be to come. I get so many that I trade them in for money by tapping on the elemen's temple thingy.

Well, you have to save up. But Loyalty isn't as rare as magic. It's gonna take awhile to get 150 magic shards. But the two ways on how you collect element shards are you either win them in the balloon popping game, or they come out at random whenever a food item, or whatever you're makeing is done at your shops. If you need to save faster, try not to use them so much on parasprites or changelings, becuase they use up 5 shards.
