How do you get Ho-oh for crystal?

Yes, first you need to go to Celadon City and into the Pokemon Center. Eusine would be there then talk to him. Go back to Tin Tower and talk to the Wise Trio member and they'll give you the Rainbow Wing.

go to pewter city (in kanto), an old man in a house in the city will give it to you once you have completed the elite 4 and got all gym badges. then go to ekreteuk (in joto) or however you spell it and go into the burnt out tower (not the bell sprout place, the burnt tower in on the top right corner and looks like a normal building). work your way through and ho-oh is at the end level 70! i recommend using a master ball if you have plenty

yes you can but you need to catch raikou , entei and suicune before hand ...you cannot trade these to crystal ( the monks will know) after all that ho-oh will be in the tin tower like it always was it is at level 60 and has alredy forgotton the sacred fire move.

You Can't Get Ho-oh Or Lugia In Ruby/Sapphire. Just Latias/Latios And Mew. You Cant Only Catch Them In Emerald In Navel Rock.

u need to catch scuicune, entei, raikou, and lugia then go to the tin tower and an old guy will give u the rainbow wing. after that you have to get to the top of the tower and there is ho-oh.
