Ho-Oh should come and catch it.Great answer dude not.The only way to get any of the event pokemon witch means ho-oh,lugia and deoxys is to use cheats unless the movie comes out again but never gonna happen.

∙ 10y agoto get ho-oh in crystal you have to 1:catch raikou, suicune, and entei, and then you 2: you can go to the tin tower and climb up to ho-oh, at that point you may battle and catch him/her
After you capture Suicune, Raikou, and Entei, go to the Pokemon Center in Celadon City, Eusine would be there and talk to him. After that talk to the Wise Trio member in the Tin Tower to obtain the Rainbow Wing to catch Ho-oh.

∙ 13y agoif you have the lax insense breed 2 wobbuffets have one of them hold the lax insense while breeding. it will hatch a wynaut. you can do the same with marill & a sea insence to get a azurill
