Talk to them once you get them (you might have to talk to Alakazam first) and you will unlock Sliver Trench (99F!) Make sure you have done these things.
You must of beaten him once (you can't recruit him the first time).
You need a small pokemon
Recruit ONE pokemon from the dungeon to help you.
You must be adjacent to Lugia and have given him the final blow (if you teamate deafeats him, he will not recruit you.)
Bring LOTS of food and reviver seeds
BRING a friend bow
BRING a trap scarf.

∙ 10y agoYou cannot get Lugia in the Abyssal Ruins in Pokémon White 2. No Pokémon can be found in the ruins and Lugia is not available for capture in the game.
