Well........... To get a shiny mewtwo you have to got to the cave where it is in then if you battle it get it's health low as possible with the false swipe Tm.
Then wait a couple of hours with the DS OPEN not CLOSED then when you come back it will be shiny (green colour).
This might work i heard it's 3/10 that it will work so 30%.
