Milotics can't be found in Pearl or Diamond

The process for getting a milotic in pearl is very long-winded, so i recommend action replay or trading for it.

If this isn't possible complete the following steps.

1. Go into Mt. Coronet from the Celestic Town Side (Or Eterna but Celestic is easier) Once inside go north and you will see a staircase going down, go down it. You will enter a cavern with a giant lake, you will need HM Defog.

2. Using the god rod (not sure if old rod works) fish over every single square. (If you don't get a bite fish again just to be sure) You are looking for the Pokemon Feebass, which milotic evolves from. Feebass only appears in 4 squares, which change every day so make sure you do it in one day, otherwise you'll have to start again. When you find one of these squares (It took me 2 hours) keep fishing and get at least one Feebass of each gender so you can breed them. I recommend net balls. The Feebass appear at lvl 20 to lvl 25.

2. Feebass don't evolve like normal Pokemon; when they level up. To evolve a Feebass you have to max out its beauty stat, and then increase its level by at least one. To max out it's beauty stat you have to feed it dry poffins, as it can only eat so many you have to make sure they are of a really high level, and made from the best berry possible. I recommend the Pamtre berry, which can be found in Amity Square, Hearthome. Every 200 steps turn around and talk to your Pokemon, it will be holding something. When you have a Pamtre berry plant it. And then from the berries you get from that plant, plant those. Until you have a bout 50.

3. Go to the poffin house (next to the Pokemon centre in hearthome). Cook loads of poffins and feed them to a Feebass, feed it only lvl 24 poffins or higher. (Not entirely sure about that figure but it would suck to waste that many poffins, so make sure to feed it only the best.) Then level up the Feebass, and viola, you have a milotic.

Note: When you breed Milotics, they give you Feebass eggs.

How to get Milotic. :)

Milotic is a very graceful and pretty pokemon. But I haven't found a way to catch her in true form yet. Here are the steps to get your Milotic! :D

You have to capture a Feebas first. <3

Feebas's are found in the Upper part of Mt.Coronet, but I wouldn't count on seeing them at the very first try. It might take a bit to catch one, but when you do you must start training it right away! Grow a great bond with your Feebas and be pacient!

I don't know how to get a Milotic but i do know how to get a Feebas which is the pre-evolved form. First go back to where you started your adventure. then head up on the route. As you are going, to the left you should see some stairs heading down to a body of water. Use surf and go to the other piece of land. To get feebas, you need a fishing hole in the water so make sure you have a fishing rod. use your bicycle and just keep riding it back and forth until a fishing hole appears. They are rare so just keep trying and you will eventually get one. Hope this helps!!

You get it at Route 1 after you beated N the Champion who beated Alder the Champion.Then you get the National Pokedex then you get a Super Rod from the Looker. Then you go to Route 1 then if you see Rippling Water and fish in it, then you might see a Milotic. But be careful. Milotic is rare and it has 5% of chances to find it.

Evolve Feebas. Feebas evolves when you max out it's beauty stat. You can get a Feebas at the Quiet Cave in the Pokewalker after 500 steps instead of Chingling.
