You can't get the password from Draco Malfoy. Put on the invisibility cloak and go to the room with the Slytherin portrait. You'll see two Slytherin students use the passageway, revealing the password to you, which is "Slytherins are Supreme".
Sadly, there's no easy way to get this password. The Portrait of Percival Pratt will tell you to visit the portrait who guards the secret entrance between the 4th and 7th Floors. This portrait will tell you he doesn't know, but instead will tell you to ask the portrait who guards the entrance to the Second Floor from the Grand Staircase, (the same one also who is near the entrance to the Library) whom is sure will be able to tell you. Unfortunately, that portrait claims to not know it either, so he tells you to visit another portrait and you end up going on a seemingly giant goose-chase across the Hogwarts Castle just to learn one password. Excluding Percival himself, I believe there's a total of 5 different portraits you need to visit in order to get the password. Even though I could tell you the password myself (absurd), there's really no point in doing that because the game still requires you to obtain it by visiting all 5 portraits.
