Pokemon that can win themselves: Use Surf. Then find a wild Pokemon that has a close, but lower level to your Pokemon. Then fight. If you do this enough the you will have a strong Pokemon. Pokemon that CANT win themselves: Use this with weak Pokemon such as MAGIKARP. Use Surf. Then throw out the weak one in a battle. On your first move, change out to a strong Pokemon. Then you need to beat the wild Pokemon with the strong one. Then both Pokemon will gain EXP. points. Do this enough and the weak, will become STRONG! There's a easier way get the exp. share from Devon inc. and give that to a weak Pokemon then use a strong Pokemon to fight the elite four and beat them with the same Pokemon lvl 100 Pokemon do it or a lvl 72 kyrogre with water spout, hydro pump, waterfall, and ice beam, lvls up Pokemon 3 lvls a fight i did that with 1 of my Pokemon i caught and after i beat the elite four i got it to 32 after i beat Steven also a easy way to get to lvl 100 you get about 40,000 exp points if u beat him with 1 Pokemon alone ;)

Without cheating, you just have to train it a lot. You could also earn 6,400 battle points, trade them in for 100 rare candies and feed them to your Pokemon.
