How do you get Pokemon to like you fast in Pokemon Pearl?

An easy way to make a Pokemon to like you is to give it alot and I mean lot of vitamins. This will strengthen them up and be happier with you. Also when they are injured always use your medicine on them such as Berries/ Potions/ Super Potions/ Hyper Potions/ Max Potions/ Full Restore/ Full Heals on them if you keep doing this they will love you alot more. I do this to my Pokemon when they get injured and also make retreat them back into their PokeBalls and call out another Pokemon that has an advantage against them. While you switched out heal up the one that was badly injured.

There are a few ways I believe.

Buy it vitamins and feed it them, battle with it repeatedly(Don't let it faint), feed it Poffins(It's favorite flavor for best results), give it massages.

There is a woman in the Old Chateau/Pokemon Mansion in one of the rooms to the left. Find her and she will give you a Soothe bell, give this to a Pokemon and it will like you more.

- Put it in the first slot of your party

- Let it hold an item (Soothe Bell works best; it doubles affection - I believe you get it in Slateport from the Pokemon Fan Club)

- Use items on it (minerals, such as Protein and Carbos, are good)

- Raise its level

- Walking raises affection, albeit very slowly
