i only know for Pokemon heart gold.
First youneed 9999 game coins by playing voltorb fip in the game corner in goldenrod city or celadon city.
Next you go to celadon city and next to the game corner there is a house and if you go to the second exchange prize it would ask you for a mr.mime, eevee and porygon.
