you have to have an odd keystone in the strange rock south of solanceon and have met 35 or so people underground, once that has been completed you go back t othe weird tower/rock thing at night and the spiritomb should be there (HINT:you don't have to have met 35 DIFFERENT people, if you reenter the tunnels 35 times it counts as meeting 35 people)
