well i have a charizard level 104, and i am very proud of it.
First turn your charizard at least level 80 then put in the day care and walk around for at least 1 week each day = 20,000,000 steps and im sure it will turn into level 95, and use the clone trick on your charizard with a rare candy .... give the rare candy to charizard, and put the charizard in box 1 and then suddenly change the box and save it, when it says SAVING .... DONT TURN THE POWER OFF. It may sound a little crazy, but turn the power off right then, and then restart it and you should have a rare candy in your bag and charizard holding it. repeat this proccess and you should get your charizard to level 100.
you could just train it like i did. mine is lvl 96 right now. i just keep going through the elite 4 on diamond and I'm gonna get there in no time. oh and it's impossible to get a Pokemon over lvl 100 unless you use a glitch or cheating device.
or just keep using rare candies from when charmeleon evolves into charizard
