Actually, I think your ball capsules are already in the PC in the pokemoncenter. You have to buy seals in Sunnyshore City in order to have ball capsules. on the PC you have to go to: go to the PC, go to theone that has your name on it. Then you go to ball capsules then select edit and....... there is your ball capsule! PS: I hope this is the answer you're looking for. -T.M.B
