1) You need to beat the Elite 4
2) Beat a master rank contest
3) Get platinum flag in the underground ( or whatever it's called)
4) Get every Pokemon ( besides Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Arceus, Darkrai, and Shaymin
5) Get a 100 win streak at the Battle Tower
