How do you get a chansey in Pokemon Pearl?

At Route 14, but only if you are in Kanto now, which requires 8 badges. It's extra rare and learns the super awesome move of Softboiled. In Pokémon Yellow, it was as a TM item. Now it can only be found in certain Pokeéon

Once you get deep into the game, when u go on ur polegear an click ur radio, there will b breaking news saying a rare Pokemon is on Rt watever so sooner or later it will tell u where to find Chansey. But until then... B patient!! Hope I helped!! :)

Routes 13, 14 and 15. There is a 1% chance of finding a level 25 Chansey at any time of day in the long grass. Sometimes there is a swarm of Chansey (announced on Mary and Oak's radio show) at Route 13. There is a 40% chance of catching a level 23 Chansey.

The best Chansey is in the Safari Zone. In the Meadow Zone you can find a level 42 Chansey. You need to place 12 Plains items first.

Chansey needs max happiness to evolve. Keep it in the front of your part but DON'T LET IT FAINT! It will become unhappy it it faints. I'm not completely sure but it may also become unhappy if it gets poisoned or paralyzed or burned and all that stuff.
