In Pokemon soul silver , you have to beat the elite four and the champion , secondly go to the kanto region , go to the department store , and go to the fourth or fifth floor and there you go and buy a fire stone , electric stone , water stone , and etc .

The first way to get a firestone is to buy one at the pokeathlon dome on a Tuesday (only) for 2500 points.

The second way is to win it (first place only) in the bug catching contest that takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The third way is to Register the phone number of this kid named Alan(a school kid) and he will call you and a fire stone is what he should give you. You can find him on route 36. (if you already defeated him then use the vs. seeker and challenge him again).
