First,the Professer gives you a master ball,which will catch Pokemon without fail.
Second,you also have to have a rainbow wing and a the bell.
Thirdly,you have to get to the top of the tower,when HO-OH come down to battle you,you can just use the master ball.
There you will have HO-OH.
(HO-OH is not really powerful though,Suicune,Entei,or
Raikou is ok.But Suicine is powerful of all.)

∙ 12y agoFirst of all it HO-OH not Ho Ho. Now to let you how to catch it first you need to go to help all the Kimono girls( There are only 5 Kimono girls). Then beat team rocket in Goldenrod city then the real director will give you the the ''Rainbow Wing''. Then go to ''Bell Tower'' in Ecruteak city. Climb up the ''Bell Tower'' an the ''Kimono girls'' will be. They will do a dance an call HO-OH!And if if if and only if you want to use your master ball on HO-OH.
