fire red: (only one) trade for gold duck (route 18)
leaf green: (only one) trade slowbro (route 18)
XD gales of darkness: (only one) citadark island (capture from cipher peon geftal)
soul silver: (only one) in route 44 somewhere in the middle of some grass...
THE REST HAVE NO LICKITUNGS EXCEPT FOR DIAMOND, PEARL, PLATINUM AND HEART GOLD... possibly

∙ 14y agoOn Diamond/Pearl, you get it in a mass outbreak after you have national dex. In Platinum, you find it on route 215 (West of Veilstone. It is always raining there.)
