once you see all 150 pokemon in the sinnoh pokedex you talk to professor rowan on the pc he will tell you he needs to see you urgently and professer oak will be there in his lab (in sandgem town) and viola when they finish talking you can start your hunt for different pokemon not in the sinnoh pokedex.
(P.S. professer oak is in eterna city to check on ur national pokedex.His house is the closest house to the cycling road hall and opposite side of the eterna gym.)

∙ 10y agoGet inducted into the Hall of Fame by beating the Elite Four and Champion with 60 pokemon registered in the pokedex then after the game saves reload your file to recieve the National Pokedex from Professor Oak.
