How do you get a poogle morphing potion on neopets and will anyone trade me poogle for koi?

You can get a poogle morphing potion on the trading post or auctions. But if you really want one, you will need a lot of neopoints. They cost thousands, even millions! By the way, sorry, I do not have a poogle to trade.

Morphing potions change your neopet into another pet. They are one-use items, meaning that they disappear after you transform your pet. For example, if you gave a checkered poogle potion to a green Lenny, it would become a checkered poogle, then the potion would disappear. In order to change your pet back to it's original species and color, you would need to get the potion of it's old self (in this case you would need a green Lenny morphing potion). Morphing potions can be extremely expensive (especially poogle morphing potions), but some, such as the split Lenny or green uni, can be purchased as cheap as 20,000-30,000 neopoints. Transmogrification potions, however, are NOT the same thing. I'm not positive, but it's rumored that they make your pet mutant painted, and if you have seen mutant shopkeepers or gallerykeepers, they look DISGUSTING. Or maybe something worse......

Alternatively, you can get one off the Trading Post. Standard TP price for a Blue Chomby MP is 240,000 NP (as of 10/31/2014 according to Jellyneo's Item Database).

By "fish" you probably mean Koi.To get a Koi you can buy an Orange Koi Morphing Potion You can use the SW (shop wizard) and buy it for around 47,000-50,000nps. Just have any of your pets drink it and they'll be transformed into an Orange Koi (and you'll also receive an avatar IF you haven't ever used a morphing potion before)

The easiest way is to wait for Krawk Day (April 16th). Then you can get a Krawk like you would get a common Neopet. Otherwise, you'd have to use a Krawk Morphing/Transmogrification Potion and those get extremely pricey.
