To get a school bag on Disney, Superbia, you have to get a pink rucksack from the trading post. Don't worry, it is really cheap (like 20 coins). However (and this happened to me), they may not sell them. So, here's what you do:
Hit F5 on the keypad/whatever your refresh button is.
Wait for it to load.
You will probably appear in your house. Go to map, and onto Trading Post (basically make sure you are at the trading post). The bag may be there.
If it isn't there, hit refresh again. And again. And again. Until the pink rucksack is there. It works, believe me. It just may take some patience.
