You complete every quest(you also must beat the game, which is after darkrai gets caught)
Probopass In the Chroma Ruins Requires Psy Power 3
Go down, then left from the door. Go down the small flight of stairs to a room with a Mismagius (Psy Power 3). The Ice Statue is Regice in disguise.
Using a PokeAssist is relatively the same in both Pokemon Ranger and Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. To use a PokeAssist, you must have two things - a captured Pokemon with the ability to use a PokeAssist and for you to be engaged in capturing a Pokemon. On the capture screen of Pokemon Ranger, there should be a small icon the the bottom right of your screen in the shape of a Pokemon. Tap on this icon and you will be taken to a screen where all your captured Pokemon are shown. Tap on the Pokemon whose PokeAssist you wish to use. Be wary that different types of PokeAssists have different results when used and can be strong or weak against the target Pokemon. They also have time limits which may vary with the evolutionary forms of that Pokemon. Once the Pokemon has been selected, you will be returned to the capture screen. Some PokeAssists (like your partner's Discharge) will be used automatically, while others rely on the action of your stylus. Depending on the type of PokeAssist, you will have to act accordingly. A PokeAssist will cease to take effect once you capture the target Pokemon or the time limit runs out. Be aware that some PokeAssists will not work until you have obtained a particular Ranger Rank. Although, by the time you encounter the Pokemon, you are most likely to be on that rank anyway. In Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia, the process is very much the same. On the capture screen, a small icon to the bottom right of the screen (resembling a capture disc) gives you access to the captured Pokemon you have on hand. As an extra, Pokemon with red backgrounds mean they are very effective against the target Pokemon, while Pokemon with blue backgrounds are hardly effective. If you have no Pokemon with you or your partner Pokemon's power gauge is not completely full, you will not be able to use a PokeAssist. To fill your partners gauge (in either game), circle the target Pokemon repeatedly until it is full.
It's on the Chroma Road. Use Tackle Power 1 on a tree, and you have a 22% chance of finding one.
the power charged sign makes you go faster so that you can catch honchkrow/togekiss with ease
hypno
get giratina
Probopass. Need 3 psy power in the Chroma Ruins.
To get through that blue energy wall in Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia in the Almia castle, capture Froslass as a boss, have 2 Riolu's in the party and use it's power.
Darkrai is the answer because he made Darkness power and when you catch him he will cut all power. Or something like that.
Probopass In the Chroma Ruins Requires Psy Power 3
probopass is in the chroma ruins, its in the cave next to umbreon (you'll need a psy power 3)
Regigigas, definantly. Whenever he walks, this ring of power comes up and if your styler hits it, 18 damage. I suggest electric type poke assits!
There are alot, these are the ones I know of : Gengar, Gardevoir, Dusclops, Dusknoir and Mismagius!
A lot of pokemon. Ramparados in Peril Cliffs has the highest tackle power of 5. Piloswine in Hia Valley has a Tackle Power of 3, and after the game, you can find a Torterra with a Tackle Power of 4 in disguise at Vien Forest.
Personally, I like Munchlax's power, and flying types are also helpful. Water comes in handy, and grass does zilch for me. It all depends on who youre fighting and how good you are.
Gengar uses psy power 3 , you can find it in Hippowdon temple,Altru building and Altru tower. Gardevoir uses psy power 3 too , but you can only find one in Altru tower. Mismagius knows it too , you can find it in Almia Castle. I hope I helped! :)
