How do you get amphy in soul silver?

if you mean ampharos then just level up your marrep until 15 the n it will evolve into flaffy then to 30 then it will become ampharos.

if you mean Amphy in the light house then you surf to cianwood city on routes 40/41 then you go into the pharmacy and talk tpo the guy and get the secretpotion to giveto Amphy.

you can either get a mareep on route 32 and then level it up to level mareep up to level 15 and then level mareep up to level 30 or you can catch a mareep on route 43 and then level it up to level 30 but you cannot catch a wild ampharos

you cant get amphy as that is Jasmine's Pokemon the gym leader from olivine city but you can get ampharos by evolving it from flaffy at level 32 i think, it just evolves by itself maybe people just nicknamed it amphy

Well, you can't catch it, but when you see a Mareep or a Flaaffy, (Flaaffy is better) you can train it and it will envolve into a Ampharos and thats how I got mine so try it! Places where you can find Mareep or Flaaffy: Mareep:in route 32,42,43. Flaaffy:in route 42,43.

You can't get amphy from the lighthouse,but you could catch a mareep and train it to lvl 30.

if you mean Ampharos then evolve Flaffy at lev. 30 or 31 on heartgold it evolved level 31 but i used daycare
