Look up which steps to take and hit A once you completed that sequence of steps. then the triangle is going to move and turn a brighter red. Once it gets near the middle and you complete the last sequence of steps hit A near the triangle then it will get very bright red and it will explode. Deoxys will come walking out and you will battle him. Make sure you have a bunch of ultra balls because he will be a tough fight. If you catch him he will be added to the Pokedex and then you can leave birth island.
