It wont let you because the new Pokemon cant go onto the older game you can only transfer Pokemon from older games on to black/white

No you can only transfer a Pokemon to another game that has that Pokemon is that database. So You couldn't transfer say Entei to classic Yellow version because Yellow doesn't have it in it's database. But, for the new games I have not tried but just try and see what happens.

no the pokewalker can only be to one safe file. if you delete the file with a Pokemon in the poke walker then you would either have to keep the Pokemon in the pokewalker or delete the new Pokemon so you can link it up to the new game

umm... you dont need to hack. just go to the poke transfer lab. buuut you need two games, and two ds gaming systems. and you get to transfer your old pokemon from the other games.
