How do you get another leaf stone in ruby version?

How to get a Leaf Stone: Fly to Fortree City, then enter Route 119. Walk down towards the bridge by the Weather Institute but instead of crossing it go down to the riverbank. Surf down the river until you can't go any further. On the land right at the bottom there is a Leaf Stone. If you have already gotten this one then you can't still get a couple more by Diving underwater. Fly to either Lilycove City, Mossdeep City or Sootopolis City. From any of these locations Surf around until you find dark patches of ocean. Dive down these and after a while you should find Shards - collect these! You can take these shards to the house on an island nearby Mossdeep City. The man inside this house will trade you Stones for your Shards (Red Shard = Fire Stone, Yellow Shard = Thunderstone, Green Shard = Leaf Stone, Blue Shard = Water Stone).

There are a few different ways to acquire a Leaf Stone in the Generation lll games. The easiest way is to search Underwater for Green Shards, then trade them with the shard collector outside of Mossdeep City. But, I know the location of one Leaf Stone.

On Route 119, right before you get to Fortree City, go down (South) by the river. Surf off the staircase, and then just Surf until you reach the end of the river (you'll know you're there when you see a waterfall blocked by stones). Right next to the waterfall, there should be a Pokeball, which contains a Leaf Stone.

Leaf Stones only evolve 4 species of Pokemon:

Nuzleaf ---> Shiftry

Gloom ---> Vileplume

Weepinbell ---> Victreebel

Exeggcute ---> Exeggutor
