To get arceus u must first get a mystery gift from the tv man in jubilife city in the giant bulding. Hes gonna ask u about your opinion about tv and if u tell him everyone happy and wifi-conneciton he`ll give u the mystery gift, Now save and turn of the game. Turn it on again and at the main menu u`ll see mystery gift that apperad. Click it and u can get a Nintendo event via a friend, wireless communications or WFC ( i chose WFC). NOw finish the event and u`ll get azura Flute. Go to mt.Coronet and climb it till u get to spear pillar. U`ll get ask if u want to sing the flute, say yes and a staircase will appear. climb it and get ready cuz arceus is waiting and hes tough. U can catch or kill him to see how strong u are ( i caught him).

Get it from an event (look for the Pokemon site, if there is one, to get the Azure Flute) 2 Trade from a friend who has the Azure Flute (or trade the Azure Flute) 3 get an r4 use pokesav to get it (or get the azure flute) ____________________________________________________ There's also supposed to be a different way; the Mystery Gift. You go to the third floor of Jubilife TV and talk to people until you find the guy who will get you the Mystery Gift, just answer 'Everyone Happy' and then, 'Wi-Fi Connection'. He says you're obviously someone in the know and says he'll pull some strings and get you the Mystery Gift. Then Mystery Gift will appear under New Game the next time you start your game. However, I think you need Wi-Fi to get it, since I followed the above instructions and couldn't get the Azure Flute, but I don't have Wi-Fi.

U can get it using the azure flute an event item and is impossible to get without hacking the game cuz the event hasn't come yet!(I don't recommend hacking at all!!!!)
and the event for arceus is over!
SOO TILL NOW U CANT GET IT BUT LATER U WILL JUST WAIT but I thing it will be in heart gold and soul silver
