apparently you have to evolve it but it only evolves via happiness. so instead use a drowsy and go into the nightmare, defeat DARKRAI who is in cresselia's form and then get out if that doesn't work theres a poition that cures in in a cave gaurded by 2 Pokemon rangers, do what they say and get the HEART ORB from a chansey (its a 1/37 chance of finding a chansey with one), take the HEART ORB to the Pokemon rangers and they will go. Then defeat Dragon Tamer Frazer inside the cave and he will give you an item called ''Dream Remover'' (it wakes any Pokemon with a nightmare given by DARKRAI. Use it on Azurill when it is cured level it upto Lv. 100 (don't let it evolve) and it will turn into a shiny DARKRAI.

He is hard to beat, if you lose to hime you can't have a rematch and the cave entrance is covered by a waterfall.
However there is a ''Happy Cloke'' at the top of the waterfall, it is held by a Jigglypuff Lv.100 , defeat it because you can't catch it (not even with a Master Ball, it dogdes ever ball and every attack until it is a sleep, the master ball still misses even whilst it is a sleep). When you defeat it Dragon Tamer Frazer comes up to you and says "You found my lost Pokemon, he awards you with the ''Happy Cloke'' and when he goes any pokeball you threw will be on the floor, just pick them up and give the ''Happy Cloke'' to Azurill.
Its alot but it works.
