first you have to have the pokeflute on your pokegears radio.if you don't have it then go to the radio tower in lavender town, and then talk to the guy at the table.then go to snorlax play the pokeflute and it'll wake up.catch it or defeat it,but it knows giga impact so you may want to catch it.it's level 50.afterwards go through diglet cave and once outside go south through viradian forest[or go north to pewter city first].once out keep going south and you sould be there.

if it was your last Pokemon centre you can dig / teleport / escape rope , back ,
although your stuck with walking back through Mt Moon
