You use the DNA SPLICER and then click on that in your key items (and you need to have kyurem in your party along with zekrom or reshiram in your party) then click DNA SPLICER and then click kyurem and then zekrom or reshiram then they will combine and there you go

You can't catch a Black Kyurem but you can get Zekrom by defeating N at N's Castle. After you beat him he will give you the Black Orb. Take the Black Orb to the top Dragonspiral Tower (which is is Iccarus city) and you'll see a really cool scene as Zekrom come out of his orb. Then after you've captured Zekrom you can goto the Giant Chasm and return to the place where you fought Black Kyurem and Ghetis and Kyurem will be waiting there. After you've captured Kyurem a poke ball will appear. Pick it up and inside will be the DNA Splicers. After that goto the key items in your bag and click on the DNA Splicers and pick use. Click on Zekrom and Kyurem and they will fuse in Black Kyurem. Its another form of Kyurem so if you un fuse them Kyurem will be at the level you got the Black Kyurem up to will be that level and the Zekrom will be at the level you fused it at. E.g: If you fuse the Kyurem and Zekrom when they're both level 70 and get the Black Kyurem up to level 85, when you un fuse them the Kyurem will be level 85 and the Zekrom will be at level 70.
