To purchase a bounty hunter, go to the Mos Eisley Cantina and purchase him (or her). To get to the Jabba door for bounty hunter missions, purchase Greedo, Bossk, Boba Fett, Dengar, 4-LOM, and IG-88. (You don't need Jango, Bib Fortuna, or Zam Wesell.)
You either find a lever with a bounty hunter mask (lots can be found at 'Jabba's Palace'), or go to a level in free play and select a bounty hunter which can be purchased at the character shop. Bounty hunters include 4-Lom and Greedo, but there are lots more.
Well, if want the easy way i suggest that you play beta (LEGO Star Wars 3 beta) after that, look up cheats for that and you get cheats for the real game. (must login with facebook)
