How do you get castform in Pokemon HeartGold?

You go to Hearthome city and go West until you see two doors. Go into the North one. Keep following the path until you go through a gate and go into a house. I think you need your National pokedex. Go into the hallway on the right and go into the door. SAVE YOUR GAME!!! Then talk to the brown haired man. he will tell you a story about a Pokemon he saw. Then the butler will run out, run back in and confirm it, then you can go out and catch said Pokemon. :]

once you have the natianal pokedex go to the Pokemon mansion then talk to mr backlot, he will say some stuff and he will keep asking if you are envois, keep saying yes then he will say a cute Pokemon kissed him and if its not castform keep going back each day until he says castform.
