if you mean dragonite you have to get a dragonair or dratini and train it. for dratini you train it to level 30 then to level 55 and the you get it or get a dragonair and train it to level 55 and it evolves to dragonite. oh and by the way go have to beat all 7 gym leaders and then go on route 211 with a super rod witch a guy gives to you on the upper route to the survival area. and go on the path where the waterfall is . [ the same place where you got the orbs that summmon dialga and palkia at spear piller.] the you go fishing on top of the waterfall and fish. for some reason you cant fish and see dragonair or dratini on the water bellow the waterfall.
