How do you get drifloon on Pokemon platinum?

You need to go to floraroma town and go East. Then keep going until you find the valley wind-works, then you will see a purple floating balloon thing. Go up to the balloon and press 'A' and it will battle you.

You don't need to have any particular poke'ball, all you need to do is get it's HP down and then catch it, it will be level 22, very rarely level 21 or 20.

YOU MUST go there after defeating the Commander, Mars to do this.

IT MUST be on a FRIDAY!!

Once you get to Floaroma Town go right and you will be at the Valley Windworks, after you have defeated Team Galactic the little girl inside will tell you about the Balloon Pokemon and on Fridays only if you go to the front of the Windworks there will be a Drifloon there, you will be able to battle it in an attempt to catch it.

you can catch a drifloon near the windmill in floroma town you can either put honey on the tree or keep going everyday to the windmill to see if the drifloon is there or not i got one by putting honey on the tree and going everyday to the windmill.

To find driftloon u have to wait until Friday then go to the valley windworks and driftloon should be floating out side
