First you Have to get eevee from the celadon city mansion ( Where the lady gives you tea ) You go behind the building and enter from the back climb to the top and get your eevee. Train you eevee and if you battle it alot in the P.M hours 12:00 P.M - 11:59 P.M.
It will grow a friendship with you and will evolve ( Make sure its only in the P.M ) and theres your espion!

∙ 15y agoFirst, beat the E4, get the national dex, and raise an Eevee from 12 afternoon to 12 at night. It has to be happy with you in order to evolve. Whereas Umbreon, you need to start at 12 at night to 12 in the afternoon. It has to be in-game time though. Check the clock in the bedroom, or wait until it's 12 in the afternoon to begin trainning your Eevee.
