Okay so first you need to grind on the first rails. When you do the first jump make sure you do at least an A or higher trick. Then use do a meteor dive with as many links as you can but you still have to grind on the last two rails. After you get off use a gravity dive until you reach the goal. If you do all this you should cross the goal in 54 or 53 seconds.
