well, i dont know what happens when you get s rank on all levels,but i got all A rank on levels and i got super sonic. Actually, you unlock Super Sonic after you find all 5 Red Rings in all levels and complete all the levels in the Sonic Simulator in Game Land.In Act 3 of each Game Land, you find a Chaos Emerald instead of a goal ring.After you get them all,go to the options satellite and the lock will disappear and it will say Super Sonic.When it's on,when you collect at least 50 rings in a level,you activate Super Sonic as if it was a Color Power.You can't use any Wisp Powers with Super Sonic enabled,but you get infinite boost power and you kill anything you touch without a homing attack.But,your rings slowly decrease and when they get to 0,you turn back to normal Sonic.This is how I unlocked Super Sonic.I don't know if you can unlock him by getting all A Rank.
