How do you get go-goggles in Pokemon flora sky?

To get the Go-Go Goggles, you have to beat the 4th gym, Flannery, and go outside. Once you go outside, your rival, May/Brandon, will go up to you and give you the Go-Go Goggles. Good luck in the desert. :)
