You can't unless you have an Action replay for the DS, because it was a Nintendo event. Once you get in there will be an old man telling you to sleep, and when you do Darkrai wil appear. You can use a cheat to get 999 Master balls and capture Darkrai with one, if you want. After you wake up no one is there. Then you leave and someone tells you that the place has been abandoned for years... The Nintendo Event which enables you to enter the Canalave City Inn is the Membership Pass. You should note, however, that you may only enter this house once and after you have captured or defeated Darkrai, the house will be locked once more.

∙ 14y agoThat house is the Harbor Inn and you can only go if you have the Member's Card. The Member's Card is a special item that you can download from Nintendo Event, in fact you can download the Member's Card for Platinum right now via WFC. When you go in a man will put you to sleep and you will wake up in Newmoon Island where you can find Darkrai.

You can get a Member Card by a WI-FI event,and that event is done!(It was in 2008 or 2009)
The only way to get there now is by cheating!(Nintendo MAY send out another event,but I dont think they will!)

∙ 14y agoThis building activates the Darkrai event, so therefore you have to have a special item called the Members Pass to unlock the door, and can only be done ONCE.
