go back to twinleaf and restart the route to eterna city. Twinleaf-orbourough-florama-eterna. talk to everyone you see. you will get the hm cut. teach it to a pokemon. beat the eterna gym leader. cut the trees down.

∙ 12y agoyou cant get in there without beating the 7 gym because when u beat the 7 gym and go into the building looker comes and opens the door so then u have to find a duplicate key then u go to the other building in veilstone then u fight boss Cyrus and he gives u a masterball so that is when u go to the spear pullar and etc.
